Products and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made for an eligible wholesale or organizational customer.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.
5. SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
Shipping, local delivery, and local pickup are subject to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other disruptions.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Because coffee and other food products are consumable goods, they are generally not returnable due to preference or a change of mind. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us so that we can evaluate the circumstances and make it right when appropriate.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Products purchased through a subscription are subject to the subscription terms presented when the subscription is established and to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Subscription charges may recur according to the frequency selected by the customer until the subscription is cancelled. Customers may cancel future subscription orders in accordance with our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
8. DONATIONS
Third Horse Coffee is a nonprofit organization. Donations made through our website are separate from purchases of goods or services.
Information regarding the tax deductibility of a donation is not intended as individual tax advice. Donors should consult their tax adviser regarding their particular circumstances.
Donations are non-refundable except in circumstances such as a donation made in error, a duplicate donation, or an unauthorized donation. If you believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, or was unauthorized, please contact us promptly at admin@thirdhorsecoffee.com so that we can review the circumstances.
Recurring donations may be changed, paused, or canceled at any time. Donors can manage their recurring donations through their Donorbox Donor Portal. Donors may also contact us at admin@thirdhorsecoffee.com for assistance with changes or cancellation. Canceling a recurring donation will stop future donations but does not automatically refund donations that have already been processed.
9. WHOLESALE AND FUNDRAISING
Certain products, pricing, payment arrangements, shipping terms, fundraising programs, or other conditions may be offered to approved wholesale customers, organizations, or fundraising partners. Additional terms communicated in connection with those arrangements may apply.

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, subscription services, and other technology providers.
